Volunteer in Groups
If you have any troubles, please EMAIL info@miracleleaguenin.org
Follow the steps below to register and volunteer as a group.
The Lead for the group (usually an adult) registers to volunteer with the organization and awaits approval.
Once approved, they can view open opportunities and select which Game Date they prefer.
After selecting a Game Date, select which ‘Open Slot’ they are interested in (almost always ‘On Field Buddy’), Click the ‘Open Slot’, then click ‘Signup’
Next screen is the ‘Questionaire’ (Screen shots below) Select ‘Registering as a New Group’
Name your group (if the name is taken, create another name - this is unlikely)
Select ‘I am making a new group who won’t be going through the registration process’
Enter quantity (including the Lead - who we want to be present to support the group.)
Agree to the waiver, click Next Step.
Advance through the steps and Check the appropriate role (Likely ‘On Field Buddy’)
Check the On Field Buddy shift and chose ‘Just this Shift’ in the pop-up window
Click ‘Complete Signup’
After completing registration and sign up, the next step is to fill out the Group Registration Form and Volunteer Liability Waivers, which must be completed by all listed attendees.
